Stock Availability

Warranty Policy
- Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- Warranty duration varies by product and brand.
- Warranty does not cover Physical Damage (cracks, dents, water damage, burns), Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications, Normal Wear and Tear.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid receipt and warranty card (if applicable).
- Box may be unsealed for warranty activation & quality check, customers will be informed after we receive order, if we didn't receive any reply before 4PM, we will assume customers approve this action. *** (due to seller needs time to process shipment)

- Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 7 days from the date of product being delivered. Product must be in original condition, with complete accessories and packaging. DOA verification is subject to manufacturer or service center inspection.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed once the product is warranty activated, used, and opened. In case of any product refund or return, all the original items sent need to be returned.
- Exchange may be considered only for manufacturing defects, subject to inspection. (pictures, footage or video for the whole process of operating the product is needed)
- Change of mind is not accepted.
